1. Invite Your Team to your Workspace
You can add as many teammates as you want to view dashboards, setup workflows, modify settings, and approve outbound copy. There is no limit on people you can invite.
Go to: Settings → Team
Click on Add Teammate
Add their work email
Select Admin as the role by default and click Invite
They should receive an email invite in their inbox that looks like this. Ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder if they can’t find it.

2. Connect Your Team’s LinkedIn Accounts
You pay for a fixed number of LinkedIn accounts that you can connect to perform automations
Go to: Settings → Integrations
At the very top, you’ll see a section called LinkedIn
It might say Connect on the right. Click on it.
If it the first time connecting a LinkedIn account, you’ll be directed to sign into LinkedIn and add a Chrome extension.
Once you have one account connected, you’ll see the button switch to Connected Accounts. Click on it.

Here, you’ll see:
- all the connected LinkedIn accounts and their connection status
- a link to share with others to connect their LinkedIn account
- the number of LinkedIn accounts you can still connect
At the top, under the section Share this link to connect a LinkedIn account, copy the link and share with your team
You can connect as many people as you want with the Data permission. We will collect analytics and leads data from them as long as you don’t hit your credit limit. You can connect a fixed number of LinkedIn accounts with the Act or Support permissions.

If you’re curious about what permission somebody needs, you can reference this table:
Permission | What the account can automate | What it requires |
Support | Like, comment, post | LinkedIn OAuth |
Act | DM, InMail, Connect | SocSell Chrome Extension and Desktop/Cloud App |
Data | Collect followers, likes, comments, connections, profile views | SocSell Chrome Extension and Desktop/Cloud App |
Organization Account
We recommend that one of the LinkedIn accounts you connect be a company page admin.
Once connected, on the top right of this screen, you’ll see a button called Organizations. Click on it and select your company page from it. This lets Letterdrop collect followers, likes, comments on posts and ads on your company page.
