How to connect HubSpot or Salesforce

Connect your CRM so Competitor Monitoring shows where every account stands with you

Competitor Monitoring shows you which accounts are engaging with your competitors. Connecting your CRM adds your own history with each of those accounts, right in the table.

  • Account status. See whether each account is a current customer, has an open deal, was closed-lost or disqualified, or is net-new to your CRM.
  • Deal details. See the stage, amount, owner and close date of the latest opportunity.
  • Outreach history. See whether your team has reached out and whether anyone replied, along with a summary of recent emails, calls and meetings.
  • Filter by owner. Show just your accounts by filtering on account owner or deal owner.
  • Custom fields. Add your own CRM fields, like Industry or Segment, as columns and filters.
  • Results. Track the meetings and opportunities created after a competitor signal.
  1. Go to Settings β†’ Integrations and click Connect next to HubSpot or Salesforce.
  1. Log in and approve access. You'll need to be a HubSpot Super Admin or a Salesforce Admin, or a user with equivalent permissions.
