Data collected from Sales Calls (needed for content generation)
Support sales call transcript providers: Gong, Chorus, Clari, Grain, Fireflies, Attention, Zoom Cloud Recording
Can be supported on request: Jiminny, Sybill, Avoma, Google Meet
Not supported due to lack of API: Fathom, Otter
Data collected:
- Full text call transcript with speakers diarized
- Email address and name of meeting attendees
- Date of call
No data is written back to your sales call transcript provider.
Content ideas are extracted from each call. Company names and speakers are anonymized. The full transcript is deleted within 24 hrs of analysis.
