You can connect Letterdrop to Claude to interact with your Letterdrop workspace directly. The integration works through MCP with OAuth authentication, allowing Claude to access actions inside your Letterdrop workspace.
Follow the steps below depending on the tool you use.
Connect Letterdrop to Claude
Open Claude Connectors
- Open Claude (or Claude CoWork)
- Click Customize in the left sidebar
- Click on Connectors tab and then click on Add on the top right
Add a Custom Connector
- Name it Letterdrop and enter https://mcp.letterdrop.com below it
- Select Always required under Authentication
- Select Use your own OAuth client under OAuth client
- Enter claude in the first field and leave the optional client secret field blank
- Click on Connect
- Click on Continue connecting
- Select your workspace from the screen
- You can now open the Letterdrop connector and make sure all the tools are set to Always allow or Needs approval.
Use the MCP
- Open a new Claude chat
- Click on the + button → Connectors →Turn the Letterdrop connector toggle ON
- Ask Claude a question that would trigger Letterdrop (for example:
“Show me contacts that might were evaluating {your competitor} using Letterdrop”)
