Connect Letterdrop to Claude (via MCP)

Use Claude to manipulate actions in Letterdrop

You can connect Letterdrop to Claude to interact with your Letterdrop workspace directly. The integration works through MCP with OAuth authentication, allowing Claude to access actions inside your Letterdrop workspace.

Follow the steps below depending on the tool you use.

Connect Letterdrop to Claude

Open Claude Connectors

  1. Open Claude (or Claude CoWork)
  1. Click Customize in the left sidebar

Add a Custom Connector

  1. Click the + button next to Connects and the click Add Custom Connector

  1. You will fill out all the fields, including the ones in Advanced Settings (need to expand it)

  1. Enter the following:
      • Name: Letterdrop
      • OAuth Client ID: claude
      • OAuth Client Secret: <copy this from Letterdrop settings>
  1. Get the OAuth Client Secret from Letterdrop. Here’s how to find them:

      Get your MCP credentials from Letterdrop

      1. In Letterdrop, go to Settings → Integrations
      1. Scroll down to MCP: Access from Claude and ChatGPT
      1. Go to the Claude Code/Cowork tab
      1. Copy the following details:
          • OAuth Client ID
          • OAuth Client Secret
              • Notion image
  1. Click Add

Letterdrop will now appear as an available connector. Click on it and change the permissions in the top right from Blocked → Always Allow

Authenticate Letterdrop in Claude

To complete authentication:

  1. Open a new Claude chat
  1. Click on the + button → Connectors →Turn the Letterdrop connector toggle ON

  1. Ask Claude a question that would trigger Letterdrop (for example:

      2. “Analyze my LinkedIn outbound activity using Letterdrop”)

If you’re not connected, Claude will prompt you to Reconnect.

  1. Click Reconnect

  1. A browser window will open
  1. Make sure you’re logged into Letterdrop
      2. Notion image
  1. Click Approve next to your workspace

Once approved, Claude will reconnect and you’ll be able to interact with Letterdrop.

You're ready to go

Once connected, Claude can securely access your Letterdrop workspace through MCP.

You can use Claude to analyze activity, identify engaged buyers, and surface insights from LinkedIn signals captured by Letterdrop.

You can now:

  • Ask about LinkedIn activity
  • Surface engaged leads
  • Analyze intent signals
  • Trigger Letterdrop actions
