How to find warm leads to outbound to that are familiar with you

What does it do?

This tool passively collects all accounts on that engage with you, your team, and company.

Why use it?

These engaged accounts are loosely aware of the people at your company and the content that they post, making them better targets for outbound. If you reach out to an account that’s already resonating with your content or connected to your team, you can see up to a 20% reply rate vs <1% reply rate when you reach out cold.

How do I get setup?

 
  1. Navigate to Leads → Engaged Leads within Letterdrop

  1. Click on the filter button to apply filters.

You can filter by:

  • Who an account engaged with
  • Type of activity
  • Job title - click on Generate Job Titles to get help generating all variations. This is not case sensitive but a strict match
  • Company size
  • Location - only by country
  • HQ Location - only by country
  • Deal Stage - hook up your CRM from Settings → Integrations to see this
  • Number of activities
  • Recency of last activity
  • Whether they’ve engaged with a particular post
 

We have some saved filters for you for the most common plays:

  • ICP buyers liking or commenting on posts
  • ICP buyers following company page
  • ICP buyers following a person but not connected
  • ICP buyers viewing a profile

  1. Click on an account to view the historical engagement of all leads at the account and use it to tailor your outbound messaging.

  1. You can now multi-select the filtered accounts and outbound to them

  1. You can:
  • Draft a DM for all of them personalized to their activity (you need to set up Templates first) and send it (it will ask for permission of the person via Slack/email before sending)
  • Draft an email and push it into a sequence in Apollo or Outreach
