How to setup Zoom integration

How to connect Letterdrop to your Zoom calls

Note: This feature is in beta and awaiting Zoom approval.

 

Adding the App

No installation required. This app doesn’t require you to auth with Zoom.

Usage

Go to your workspace and visit the Sales Assistant page

You’ll find it at https://app.letterdrop.com/{your_workspace_id}/sales-assistant/

 

Start a Zoom meeting.

In your Zoom meeting, copy the Invite link.

Paste it into the input in Letterdrop so that the Letterdrop bot can join your Zoom call.

After a few seconds, a bot called “Letterdrop Assistant” will try to join your call. Admit the bot into the call.

 

Once it joins the call, it will ask you for permission to record. Click on “Allow Recording”

In the Letterdrop web app, you’ll see a live transcript appear in real time on the right side as you speak.

You can highlight any text and lookup answers. Letterdrop will look through your sales knowledge base and answer questions for you live on the right side.

 

Removing the App

No installation required. This app doesn’t require you to auth with Zoom, so doesn’t need to be added or removed.
