How to maximize the connection requests you send to ICP buyers

What does it do?

This tool lets you automatically nurture key decision makers at target accounts. If your AEs/BDRs work off a named accounts list, this makes sure they are liking and commenting on every post from decision makers on the list to warm them up for outbound.

Why nurture prospects on my list?

It’s pretty darn hard to get your outbound message read as a stranger.

You want to improve your odds by not being a stranger.

Across our customer base, we see 2-3x reply rates when you’re able to warm up a prospect before reaching out to them 1:1.

 

How do I import my named accounts?

You can import your named accounts via CSV. Direct import from CRM coming soon…

 

Make a copy of this template and list out the URLs of the companies you’re targeting as well as the emails of the AEs/BDRs/SDRs who own the account.

In two separate columns, specify the geography and seniority of leads.

 

Go to Leads → Account Monitoring

Upload your CSV and select the account that has a Sales Nav subscription. We will build the lead list in that account.

And you’re done! You can periodically upload new lists. Usually, most companies refresh their lists every quarter or month.

Now what?

Your reps will receive daily email and Slack notifications (if connected) if anyone matching the above criteria posts.

The account owner will automatically like the post with no action necessary on their part.

They will also receive comment ideas in bulk for all these posts so that your reps can quickly leave a thoughtful comment and nurture the accounts. This sets up the foundation for relationship building and making their name familiar with the prospect. If you outbound after 2-3 organic touch points like this, you will have a 2.8x reply rate (based on our customer data).
